I've been using Printful.com for about a year now and while I truly LOVE designing t-shirts with them, I haven't exactly loved their fulfillment times. Even before COVID their fulfillment times were long. Now with the lockdowns, online orders have been through the roof and due to multiple factors Printful.com got waaaaaay behind. Some orders are taking well over a month to complete. Currently I have an order from April 29th (today is May 30th) and it still has not been fulfilled. It's been difficult communicating the delays to my customers, especially when the fulfillment times keep changing.
I decided to make this video for newbies who are thinking of using Printful.com in 2020 so you can have realistic expectations because it can be confusing and frustrating, especially right now with current world events.
